1. Retention of Title

    All goods supplied remain the property of AJ Steel Services (the Company) until paid for in full.
  2. Assignment of Debt

    All accounts beyond our credit terms will be passed to our debt collection agency, Sinclair Goldberg Price Ltd, who will take responsibility for collection of the debt.  All accounts, without exception, will be subject to a surcharge of 15% plus VAT to cover Sinclair Goldberg Price costs in recovery, and payable to them.  These accounts will also be subject to any legal costs incurred in obtaining settlement.
  3. Time of Delivery

    Whilst the Company will make every reasonable effort to make deliveries within the time stated on orders, all such dates are approximate and shall not form part of any Contract with the Buyer.
  4. Complaints

    Any complaint relating to goods supplied must be made within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
  5. Defective Materials

    We will replace any items not suitable for purpose at the original invoice price, but will not undertake to reimburse any subsequent costs relating to work carried out on this material by yourselves or any third party.
